Description

Grab your notebooks, a pencil, and all your scientific tools – we're going on an adventure to meet some forest friends who are splashing in the creek! This week, we’ll try to meet as many creature friends as we can. We’ll search for crayfish under rocks, uncover turtles hiding in the leaves, and hop with frogs on the trail.  We’ll learn about the ecosystem in Schenck Forest and how everything in nature works together. 

When we're not critter-searching, we'll include classic Schoolhouse activities such as: morning and closing circle, water time (weather permitting), forest and field games, whittling, and relaxing to stories.
