Join us for a summer camp orientation!

Hi Schoolhouse Families! 

We are so excited to welcome your camper to Schoolhouse this summer! To help you prepare, you’re invited to join us at one of our orientations to learn more about camp days at Schoolhouse. We’ll share general information about how to prepare and what to expect, as well as answering any questions you may have.

Adults who are new to Schoolhouse and curious returners are warmly welcomed, but orientations aren’t required. We’ll have staff and activities for children at all of our in-person events. Please share their information in the RSVP.

If you can’t make it to either an in-person or virtual event, we can share a recording of the virtual orientation – just let us know in the RSVP form.

Durham County Orientations

• May 1: Virtual Durham (All Sites) Camp Orientation (7:00–8:00pm)
• May 5: In-person West Point on the Eno Camp Orientation (6:00–7:15pm) at West Point: Environmental Education Pavilion
• May 11: In-Person Sandy Creek Camp Orientation (6:00-7:15pm) at Sandy Creek Park
• May 13: Virtual Durham (All Sites) Camp Orientation (12-1:00pm)

Orange County Orientations

• May 4: Virtual Brumley Camp Orientation (7:00–8:00pm)
• May 12: In-person Brumley Camp Orientation (6:00–7:15pm) at Brumley Forest

Wake County Orientations

• May 1: Virtual Wake (All Sites) Camp Orientation (12-1:00pm)
• May 7: In-Person Schenck Camp Orientation (6:00–7:15pm) at Schenck Forest pick up/drop off location at 2202 State Farm Road Raleigh NC 27607
• May 7: Virtual Wake (All Sites) Camp Orientation (7:00–8:00pm)
• May 12: In-Person Loblolly and Whispering Pines Camp Orientation at Umstead State Park, Reedy Creek Entrance (6:00-7:15pm)
