If you’re wondering what your camper has been up to this week, here are some questions to get the conversation started…
- We have been working hard at honing our survival skills! What are the three most important things a person needs to survive (food, water, shelter) and how were they represented in our survival Scout Mission game?
- We planned our survival base camp today. Did you help build shelter, build tools, or scavenge for food? What comforts would you want to add to your survival base after the essentials were taken care of?
- We spotted a lot of really cool animals and neat nature things already! What was your favorite natural discovery? (We found an eastern box turtle, some of us saw a fox or coyote in the distance, and we even named a few giant crawfish! We also identified a very gross Dog Vomit Slime Mold! )
