Woodland Woodworking Photo Gallery
This week in Woodland Woodworking camp campers got a chance to improve their woodworking skills including whittling, cross cut sawing, and ember burning to make spoons! Campers brought home their own hand-made mason bee homes and even helped to build benches for a few base camps! When we weren’t busy woodworking, we were able to play many Schoolhouse classic games and discover some of the creatures of Brumley Forest including a rough green snake, salamanders, and plenty of frogs. Challenge Accepted! Photo Gallery
Campers truly accepted the challenge in this team building themed week! We had a blast working as a team to complete challenges that required communication, trust, and a great sense of humor as campers made their way through giant spider webs and portholes, a slackline course, ski shuffling, and a bamboo chute challenge. We also had a great week discovering creatures throughout the forest (including a rough green snake and salamanders) and finding creative ways to make nature art in the creek. Howl with the Wind Photo Gallery
This week our campers’ howls could be heard from far and wide as we played some famous Schoolhouse of Wonder games! We harnessed our wild sides to play games like Werewolf and Windigo that have themes and stories involving some animals and monsters of the forest. We had a blast making our own animal masks and trying out some new camp games as well. Along with pretending to be animals, we found many forest and river critters, like snakes, turtles, and even a praying mantis! We enjoyed the last of the warm weather by having lots of splash parties in the river. Take a look at some of our craziest moments from this exciting week of camp!

Scales, Tails and Feathers: Creepy Crawlers Edition Photo Gallery
This week in fall camp, things got a little creepy and crawly! Campers learned all about the living creatures that thrive in the fall here at West Point on the Eno. We played many insect and animal themed games, and even got to wear tails of our own during six feathers! Some major highlights this week were learning about what owls like to hunt by dissecting owl pellets, and having a “Dirt Cup” treat! Take a look at these photos to see some fall fun!
