In our 2 day camp week, we searched Brumley Nature Preserve far and wide for the coolest snakes, bugs, butterflies, and other fun critters! We also enjoyed whittling, making new friends, and splashing around in the water. Though it was short, it was sweet!

In our 2 days together we found all sorts of critters under logs, by the pond, and during our journeys into the forest! We enjoyed games like Kick the Can, Giants Wizards and Elves, and Monarch. We tested our homemade water striders out in the creek, and had fun splashing around!

In this shortened week, our campers enjoyed playing big group games and searching for critters, quartz, and good clay in the creeks! We caught snakes, held hellgrammites, and saw salamanders. This week sure was a great way to kick off the summer!

In our short week together, we had a blast playing classic schoolhouse games together including Northern Water Snake, 6 Feathers, and many more. Water time was a big splash! Our campers enjoyed our CIT led splash parties, searching for mussels, crawdads, and all sorts of treasures!
