Description
As temperatures drop, animals face a choice: migrate or hibernate. Each day, campers will learn about a different species like monarchs, turtles, and bears and the strategies they use to survive the changing season. Through themed games and activities, we’ll explore what it takes to travel far or settle in for winter.
In addition to the theme-related activities listed above, every week of camp may include some classic Schoolhouse activities such as: morning and closing circle, water time (weather-permitting), deep woods and field games, whittling, storytelling, and of course, looking for any critters we can find!
