Three days of camp at three different locations throughout Wake county led to dozens of adventures! Whether experiencing Umstead Amphitheater, Umstead Whispering Pines, or Harris Lake County Park, we crammed as much camp fun as possible into our short time together. We built forts, played games, explored the trails and creeks, whittled and much more! Check out the photos below to catch a glimpse of our time together. 

Whether learning how to pitch a light-weight tent, taking in some basics of campfire cooking, or practicing orienteering skills by going on a compass-and-map scavenger hunt, our campers had a blast this week learning the basics of backpacking.
