This week campers had a chance to try their hand at many different projectiles including spears, bow and arrows, and hatchets! When they weren’t launching projectiles they were searching for turtles and snakes, playing games, and whittling.

Come rain or shine, we had a great time! Campers learned about animal scat, made their own birdfeeders, and played lots of games! We even got a chance to warm up by the fire, made our own butter and popcorn, and even had an incredible talent show!

This week we explored some of the less travelled places of Brumley Nature Preserve, and saw what the people before us left behind. We made lots of clay crafts, enough to build a brick house!
