Questions To Ask Your Kit Camper – Tuesday

If you’re wondering what your camper has been up to this week, here are some questions to get the conversation started…

BLACKFEATHER CAMP (Nico’s Group)

  1. How do you get to Blackfeather Camp? What do you do at your camp site everyday?
  2. What happens at morning circle? Tell me about the smudge ceremony.
  3. So far you have played Beckon and Bum Bum Bum. Which of these games do you like better? Why? How are they different?

BUFFALO CAMP (Pam’s Group)

  1. Tell me about your game of Beckon on Monday. Where was your hiding spot? Did you free anyone from jail? Did you ever get sent to jail? How do you get out of jail?
  2. What happens at closing circle? What is the “talking object?” What has your group used as the talking object so far this week?
  3. So far your group has seen a couple of snakes this week. Where did you see them? What did they look like? Do you remember what kind they were? (HINT: northern water snake and eastern garter snake)
