Watch out! This week the campers entered the forest as kids, but turned into snakes, deer, and cougars with the faceprint to match! We explored, scrambled, and splashed the days away with our fun group of new and old friends.

Never enough water time! This week we spent the afternoons appreciating the amazing Eno River. We even found some animals that call this environment their home, like turtles and frogs. This watery week left us wanting to wade some more!

This week, the exploration was off the charts! We were able to enjoy the forest, creeks, and rivers around us, and found creatures to observe as well! Practicing our forest survival skills like knot tying and fire skills, and playing some classic Schoolhouse games was a great way to spend this week in the woods.

This week our group went out and explored a blue jays natural habitat – the forest! During this time we made blue jay mask crafts, looked for tasty bugs that blue jays may want to snack on, and cooled off in the creek.

This group spent a lot of time looking for wildlife in and around the creek. Eventually they were rewarded for their patience big time by finding crawfish, turtles, and even snakes!
