July 20-24: Tree Frog Photo Gallery
Come experience the magic and wonder of nature through creativity and play! This fun-filled week for our younger campers was a wonderful introduction to experiencing the outdoors. Campers hopped, skipped, and jumped through July during our frog-themed week of camp. We acted like amphibians by playing on the land and splashing in the creek and create tiny homes for our toad friends.
July 27-31: Treasure Trek Photo Gallery
There is an age-old secret passed down for generations telling of the hidden treasure deep in the woods. we followed hidden paths, deciphered ancient maps, and found clues to solve the mystery of the Sandy Creek Treasure! We needed all our wit, teamwork, creativity, and determination to make it through the week to where X marks the spot.
July 27-31: Village Ventures Photo Gallery
Teamwork and imagination came together this week as campers transformed the forest into their very own village! Using sticks, leaves, and creativity, groups designed and built forts. After building, they also got a chance to bring them to life with hand-crafted flags, banners, and other decorations. Between construction sessions, there was still be plenty of time for games, exploration, and fun around the village. By the end of the week, campers have built more than structures; they built a community in the woods!
August 3-7: Streams and Strategy Photo Gallery
Campers spent extra time exploring the cool, shady streams as they search for crawfish, learned to skip rocks, and splashed the days away. In the forest, we dived into group game classics like Kick the Can and Six Feathers that test teamwork, creativity, and strategy
