Come experience the magic and wonder of nature through creativity and play! This fun-filled week is a wonderful introduction to experiencing the outdoors. Turtles live all over West Point on the Eno, whether they are sunning themselves on logs in the river or camouflaged on the forest floor. This week we will search for turtles and observe them in their natural habitats. We will also practice essential turtle skills like camouflage and patience in the games that we play. Along with these themed activities, campers will have a chance to build forts, splash in the creek, relax during storytelling, explore the forests and fields, try their hand at whittling, and of course, play some amazing Schoolhouse games!
