Description

Storytelling is a deeply rooted and beloved Schoolhouse tradition and this week your camper becomes a part of that tradition. Campers will get to hear some of the legends connected to the land and river at our beloved West Point on the Eno and even help create some new tales. There will also be many of the classic Schoolhouse stories and their accompanying games and adventures! It will be a fantastic week to deepen our appreciation for fables and folklore, how they are passed down, and why we still enjoy them today. Which story will be your camper's favorite?

*In addition to the theme-related activities listed above, every week of camp will include some classic Schoolhouse activities such as: morning and closing circle, water time, deep woods and field games, whittling, storytelling, and of course, looking for any critters we can find!
