At Schoolhouse of Wonder, we believe that goal-setting, skill development, and follow-through are worth acknowledgment and celebration. Join us as we pursue knowledge and skill in our traditional core "Growth Ring" areas of Fire Building, Snake Identification, Whittling, and Plant Identification. Our whittling Growth Ring will challenge campers to learn the basic safety rules to hand-carving utensils like knives and spoons. Plant and snake rings give campers a chance to expand their knowledge on the ecology of the Eno. Whether your camper is looking to earn their first ring or all 20 of them, this camp welcomes all levels of skill. In this Growth Rings week, we will not only immerse ourselves in the challenge and excitement of earning our Growth Rings but also take our skills and knowledge to the next level!

*In addition to the theme-related activities listed above, every week of camp will include some classic Schoolhouse activities such as: morning and closing circle, water time, deep woods and field games, whittling, storytelling, and of course, looking for any critters we can find!
