Salamanders, centipedes, frogs, turtles—oh my! Embark on an exciting week of adventure and discovery at Umstead State Park. Dive into the heart of the forest as we explore its towering trees, hidden hollows, and search for the secrets it's tucked away. Everything from the forest to the wetlands, will be explored as we look for the secret critters of Umstead!

*In addition to the theme-related activities listed above, every week of camp will include some classic Schoolhouse activities such as: morning and closing circle, water time (weather permitting), deep woods and field games, whittling, storytelling, and of course, looking for any critters we can find.
