Come experience the magic and wonder of nature through creativity and play! This fun-filled week for our younger campers is a wonderful introduction to experiencing the outdoors. Come channel your favorite shelled critter with us at Umstead State Park! Together we will practice hiding like a turtle during our games, playing in the creek like a crawfish, and search for cicadas during nature walks. Along with these themed activities, campers will have a chance to build forts, splash in the creek, relax during storytelling, explore the forests and fields, try their hand at whittling, and of course, play some amazing Schoolhouse games!
