This week in camp we had warm beautiful weather, which made helping the park with both our adopted garden and finding reptiles and amphibians for a weekend event, extremely fun! We made lots of yummy, yummy treats. Favorites included pancakes, inventing oatmeal flavors, s’mores, pine needle tea, dough boys, and quesidillas. Great teamwork from this group made building fires and cooking our food every day, effortless and fun!

Roots to Wings camp was filled to the brim! We had amazing weather, especially after that crazy cold weather the week before. Campers had a blast finding loads of critters by using binoculars, insect nets, and aquatic nets. Story-telling was a huge hit with this group, as well as fort-building. Our week wouldn’t have been complete without searching for the “bermuda triangle”. We hope you enjoy these fun pictures from Roots to Wings!
