The group had a lot of fun, fun, fun during their week of games games games at Umstead State Park this week! They played running games like Werewolf, hiding games like Camouflage, team games like Defeat the Lich, and still had time for the creek each day!

Campers got very crafty this week as they had chances to create their own Crawdads out of different materials. When not creating their own, time was spent looking for the real deal in our creek spots while enjoying the shade.

This week we mastered allll the crafts! We whittled, made bracelets, made pottery out of natural clay, and even tested our craftsmanship at the creek by building a damn. We learned a lot, played a lot, and made so many new friends!

This week we flapped our wings and soared! We splashed in the creek, played silly games, and even made our very own caterpillars that turned into butterflies. We may have started off as little caterpillars, but by the end of the week we were flapping our wings in the breeze as confident butterflies!
