August 10-14: Shipwrecked in Richland Creek Photo Gallery
Ahoy, mateys! Our camper crew teamed up to track down and defeat the pirate Captain Greenbeard. Each day’s story chapter inspired games, jokes, and crafts. We created and defended our crew’s flag, marched our way to the creek, and splashed some epic splashes.
August 10-14: Play the Old Way Photo Gallery
Campers traveled back in time this week! They crafted their own toys out of sticks and vines, learned to churn butter (and the butter-making song!), and told stories with each other while they whittled with hand tools. You can get so much fun out of nature, and we did it all this week!
August 10-14: Bluebird Photo Gallery
These campers were ready to soar! We introduced bird migration and features with games and crafts, and searched for birds in our very own forest with hand-crafted binoculars. Every animal needs water, and we made it to the creek each day to play as ducks and geese! We’re ready to take off and fly into fall!
August 10-14: Red Fox Photo Gallery
Campers explored the forest on a search for feathers, crafted bird nests out of natural materials, and flapped their wings in imaginative bird-themed games. We’ll embrace a bird’s-eye view of the forest and adventure to as many places as we can reach.
August 3-7: Clover Photo Gallery
What a lucky week we at camp this week! Campers had a andventurous time going on a nature ramble and searching for four leaf cloverss! They enjoyed playing classic Schoolhouse games like Werewolf and Scout Mission. Campers spent time splashing in the creek each day while looking for cool creatures and skipping rocks.
