If you’re curious about what your child has been up to in camp this week, here are some questions to get the conversation started.
- Each camp day you have learned about one tree. What trees have you learned to identify so far? Can you name each day’s tree? (Hint: Monday= American Beech Tree, Tuesday= White Oak, Wednesday= Loblolly Pine, Thursday= Sourwood)
- Camp games are the best and you have played a lot this week. Which game has been your favorite? How do you play? If you were responsible for inventing a new Schoolhouse of Wonder game how would you play and what would you name the new game?
- Have you made any new friends this week? What is his/her name? How did you become friends? Do you usually hangout with the same person the entire day? (Hint: this group usually hikes, plays, and explores the creek with different people throughout the day. We rarely see the same combos hanging out for the entire day)
