Crayfish, crawfish, crawdaddy–whatever you call them, we saw plenty of these clawed critters in the creeks of Umstead State Park this week. We trekked the trails and and waded the waterways to explore as much as we could! Some campers built forts and fairy homes, while others practiced whittling with potato peelers. We also enjoyed some classic Schoolhouse games like Werewolf and Beckon. Check out the photos below to see how we ended each day dirty, tired, and happy!
