We went looking for adventure this week and we were not disappointed! We visited several different ponds at Harris Lake County Park and found things to explore at each of them. We found animals of all kinds including snakes, lizards, fish, frogs, toads, and turtles. We learned to paddle canoes and even tried our hand at fishing. We filled the rest of our time with fort-building, game-playing, and storytelling. It was a beautiful and unique week of camp.
