If you’re curious about what your child has been up to in camp this week, here are some questions to get the conversation started…
- Monday we rotated through three stations while we stayed dry under the shelter. What were the three stations? Which one was your favorite? Why?
- The group tried their hand at flint and steel. What rock did we use instead of flint? Was it difficult to create sparks? Do you think you could have been a forest nomad in the pioneer days?
- Tuesday the weather finally cleared up long enough for us to explore the forest. What were some of the animals and plants you saw? Is it easier or harder to hike off trail? Which one do you prefer?
