GNARLY STUMP CAMP and TURTLE CAMP (Ebonee’s Group and Melissa’s Group)
- The theme of the week is Earth Journals; finding things throughout the day to add to the journal that makes you happy. You can draw them, or if they’re small enough you can take it home. Did you make a journal? What have you added to it?
- Along with exploring Mother Earth, you are also learning techniques on how to protect it. What ways can you use less water in everyday life?
- Some campers have really enjoyed working on their growth ring projects so far this week. Which of the four categories are you interested in? (the four categories are: Whittling, Fire-Making, Plant Identification & knowledge, and Snake Identification & handling)
- Over the first two days, you’ve also gotten to play a few games. Which has been your favorite? And how do you play that game?
