If you’re wondering what your camper has been up to this week, here are some questions to get the conversation started…
- So far this week, we’ve played a decent number of games, like Poison Dart Frog, Kick the Can, Beckon, and Rock/Paper/Scissors Evolution. Does your camper have any favorites? We’ve also talked a little about “playing with honor.” What Does it mean to your camper to “play with honor”?
- We’ve been to two creek spots so far. One was deeper, and but good for catching critters, and the other was more shallow with more opportunities for catching critters and building dams. Which does your camper prefer? Did they catch any cool critters? Build a dam? Or did they just like splashing around in the deeper water?
- We’ve started whittling this week. To earn their first growth ring, they simply need to be able to state the whittling rules from memory. What Does AH COW stand for? Does your camper have hopes of earning any growth rings? (There’s also Snake, Fire, and Plant rings)
