From the deepest of roots to the newest of buds, we learned all about trees this week. We learned about different native trees and explored the eco systems our trees provide. We found critters of all kinds in that eco system, including snakes, toads, turtles, and more. We spent plenty of time playing forest games like Six Feathers and Beckon, and even made some time to work on crafts like tie-dye. It was an excellent week of fall camp at Umstead State Park.
