If your camper came home with knowledge of edible plants, fire-building, or how to make a splint out of sticks, they might have been a camper in Young Survivalist camp! This week, we learned all kinds of ways to survive and thrive in the wilderness. Our week focused on everything from shelter-building to orienteering and everything in between. Of course, we took time to play some classic Schoolhouse games like Windigo and cooled off each day in the creek. Searching for critters, whittling, and listening to stories filled up any time we had left. Check out the photos below to see some of the fun!
